ISA Credentialing Upload Instructions

1. Login to ISA Credentialing System

Login to your ISA account. After logging in, click on "ISA Credentialing". You will be redirected to the ISA Credentialing system, where you will be required to log in again.

2. Access Certified Tree Climber Application

Locate "Certified Tree Climber" in your account dashboard. Click on "Go to Checklist" to proceed.

3. Upload Required Certificates

In the checklist page, you will find sections for uploading your certificates, including:
  1. First Aid Certificate
  2. Aerial Rescue Certificate
Click on the respective section to enter the upload page.

Notes
If a document has already been uploaded, the status will show as “Pending Review”, which means it is currently under review by ISA.



4. Upload Process

Click the relevant button to access the upload section, as shown in the image below.


5. Upload and Submit

Enter the required information, including:
  1. Issuer
  2. Location
  3. Date Issued
  4. Expiry Date
Upload your certificate file and click “Save” to complete the submission. After submission, the status will be updated to “Pending Review” until it is approved by ISA.

Please ensure all uploaded documents are valid and within the required time period (e.g. within the last 12 months, if applicable).
