Schedule the ISA Certified Arborist® Exam

After logging in, you will be directed to Dashboard. Go to "My Profile" to check your personal information.
Your name MUST match exactly as it appears on the official identification (such as Hong Kong ID card) you will present at the test centre. If it doesn't match with your Hong Kong ID card, please contact ATP customer service (Tel 2567 9312).3. After confirming the name, return to "Dashboard". Click "AEnglish Certified Arborist Exam".
4. You are directed to "Exam details" page. You can check the exam details such as the exam subject and the language. If the language is different from your previous preference, please contact ATP customer service (Tel 2567 9312).
5. Click "Next" if there is no problem.
6. Select the test centre in "Find a test center" page. There is only 1 test centre in Hong Kong. Select that centre by clicking the box. Click "Next" after selection.
7. Select the exam time in "Find an appointment" page. Click "Next" after selecting date and time.
8. After selecting the date and time, you are directed to "Cart". Check the information carefully. If everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout".
9. Final checking before completing the booking. Click "Submit Order" if the information is correct.
10. You should be directed to this page if the booking is confirmed.

11. After confirming the exam time, please log out at the left hand side.
13. The candidates can reschedule the exam through Pearson VUE website within the 90-day authorization period without any extra cost. Requests must be received no later than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled exam date. If contact is less than one (1) business day, the candidate shall be considered a no-show and all exam fees shall be forfeited. Registrations are not transferrable to another person as well.
Although Pearson VUE allows candidates to re-schedule no later than one (1) business day prior to the scheduled exam date, we DO NOT recommend to re-schedule in such a short period of time unless you have no choice.
