Webinar Platform "TrainerCentral" User Guide (for Host)

Before the webinar starts

1. Webinar platform "TrainerCetnral" has to be run in internet browser. In order to access the platform without any problem, check and update the version of the browser before the webinar starts. Google Chrome version 38+ or Mozilla Firefox version 45+ is supported.

2. The live session should be created at least 3 days before the event.

Launch the session

1. Go to the admin page of the TrainerCentral.  Click "Live Workshops".

2. Click the session which you need to launch.

3.  Click "Launch" in the upper right corner.

4. The system will direct you to the online platform. Need to select the audio channel and the video channel. Click "Continue" after selection.

5. Wait for the platform to connect you and the system.


6. After the connection is completed, you can see your audio and video is ready. Click "Start broadcast".



7. The platform is ready for people to sign-in after broadcasting.

2. "People" panel
(i) The host and the trainers can see the name, the join time and the active/ inactive status. 




(ii) Click the 3-dot icon can see more options.

"Grant mic access", "Grant mic/cam access" : Give permission to the attendees to speak. After this attendee accept the permission, there will be a mic icon and a camera icon next to the 3-dot icon.


"Revoke mic/ cam access": click the 3-dot icon to cancel the audio and video permission of that attendee.
